Walmart 5 minutes away, GM Plant and Tri-Star Hospital 10 minutes away. This home can sleep up to 5. It has 1 bedrooms with a queen sized bed, a single roll away bed and queen size sleeper sofa.
House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv in bedroom and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.
Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy
- Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in Policy
- Normal check-in is 4pm
- 2pm early check-in is available if we have no guest checking out the same day.
Late Check-out policy
- Check-out is 11 a.m. unless otherwise approved in writing.
Pet Policy:
- Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront
- Pets carry additional deposit, traveler is responsible for carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out

Non-Smoking Policy
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes of any kind are prohibited.
ID Policy
- A copy of valid govt issued ID must be submitted 7 days before check-in. (Names must match). Compliance mandatory.
